It’s OK is a campaign that aims to tackle the stigma surrounding mental health, promote and improve support services at Manchester Met, and remind every student that It’s OK to talk.
As part of the MMU Mind Festival, come along and hear from three inspiring experts on mental health.

Dr. Mark Rowe – a thought leader in achieving harmony and balance through self-awareness and lifestyle choices. He has created a framework for happier, healthier, more fulfilling lives and is celebrated for his engaging and empowering speeches.
