We are delighted to be running another ‘Thrive’ Event on Saturday 7th October at the Waterford Health Park. This will provide a tremendous opportunity to explore some game changing ideas about your wellbeing with like-minded people in a fun filled environment.
The event will be hosted by Dr Mark Rowe – Medical Doctor, Author and life and wellbeing expert.
Joining him on the day will be:
Bibi Baskin – Ireland’s first woman to have a TV chat show of her own. She has developed a significant interest in the Indian system of Wellness, Ayurveda visiting Kerala, south Indian, to learn more. She spent a total of fifteen years there where she owned and managed a heritage hotel which also featured Ayurveda. She has returned to Ireland and gives Motivational talks around the country on the subject of inviting change into your life and illustrates how she coped with this on her varied career path.
Jemma Kehoe – Clinical Nutritionist who will talk about The Power of Great Nutrition
Pamela Caldwell – Business woman and personal development facilitator with a wealth of experience from around the globe. Pamela will be guiding a story board workshop – helping you to create a vision for your best possible future.
Cian Foley -Tech Entrepreneur and Author of Don’t Eat for winter – a method of exercise and eating which he applied to his daily life, treating his body like a computer program, giving it the correct inputs to respond in the optimal way.
