Waterford Health Park

Dr. Rowe is the owner and medical director of Waterford Health Park, an enhanced Primary Care Centre conveniently located on Slievekeale Road, Waterford City, Ireland. The original building is a protected structure, designed by AWN Pugin, the Gothic architect largely credited for designing Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament at Westminster.

In 2009 the building was developed into Waterford Health Park conserving the building’s existing features while additional space was created through the addition of new wings using the latest in sustainable technologies to create a healthy and eco-friendly building taking advantage of solar energy and reusing captured rainwater.

The Waterford Health Park has been cited nationally and internationally as an example of best practice and is included in the World Buildings Directory having been shortlisted as World Building of the Year at the World Architecture Festival 2010.
